We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Agent’s Assistant Intern to support our Casting Division, working primarily with Extras and Supporting Artists across TV and film productions. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone keen to build a career in the the industry and gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced talent agency environment. While the role will be primarily casting division focused, there will be opportunities to assist across other divisions when required, providing valuable exposure to the wider agency and industry. This role would be well suited to a TV & Film grad or similar. We’re looking for someone who is: - passionate about TV, film, and the arts, with a strong appreciation of the industry - a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment - highly organised with strong attention to detail - confident using technology and online systems (tech-savvy) - proactive, able to use initiative and work independently when required - a clear and professional communicator (written and verbal) - reliable, efficient and keen to get stuck in You’ll Gain: - practical, hands-on experience within a working talent agency - exposure to real casting processes for TV and film productions - insight into how extras and supporting artist casting works behind the scenes - mentorship and training - a strong foundation for progressing into a permanent role within the agency or wider industry This is a paid internship, fully compliant with NMW regulations Contract length will be agreed based on suitability and performance (ideally 3-12mths) Successful interns may be considered for a permanent full time position.
